What should I do if my website is down?
Check DNS, expiry and payment status before opening ticket.
First check your domain DNS, hosting expiry and invoice payment status. If everything looks correct, open a support ticket with your domain name and error screenshot. Mention when the issue started and if you changed anything recently.
